I'm a Complementary Therapist who is fully insured and ITEC qualified in Reflexology and Holistic Massage, and has Practitioner's Certificates in Indian Head Massage and Seated Massage.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy which is carried out on the hands/feet. It is a very relaxing treatment which can help your body to heal itself and regain its natural balance. Reflexology can help with insomnia, back problems, sports injuries, stress related conditions, sleep conditions/disorders, migraines, hormonal imbalances, fertility.
The benefits of holistic massage can include better circulation, deeper breathing which helps to increase the levels of oxygen in the body, lower levels of physical tension, there are also mental and emotional benefits associated with having a holistic massage.
Tuesday afternoons I can be found at Sen Shui Therapy Centre, 61a London Road, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 0AB (please note this is only for Reflexology). I also offer a mobile service where the treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home. Whether it’s treating yourself or a loved one, looking to relax or ease pain each treatment is tailored to meet your own specific needs and wishes.
